Wonderful place to live: the area is very walkable, we walk everyday, for exercise especially, or to restaurants or stores. We also love the fact that we do not have to worry about maintenance inside or out: Yards and parks are kept up. Interior maintenance is always promptly handled. And the office staff is always helpful and friendly.

I have had a great experience with Claremont Apartments so far. If I have any problems all I have to do is call and they get it handled for me. Love coming home to having things fixed without me having to spend anytime dealing with it. Such as replacing light bulbs in my appliances and fixing my washer or dryer.

The property management staff are fantastic. Very attentive. The community offers many dining options that are a short walk away. Many community events. I love the Tuesday evening concerts as they draw a great and lively crowd. I highly recommend this community.
